Job-running Architect

We are currently looking for a job-running architect to occupy a managerial position and oversee a wide variety of projects from conception through to completion. Forthcoming projects include warehouse and office developments in South London. The position would suit someone with the ambition and drive to join a young and developing practice with a growing client base. General construction industry legislation would be essential as would the skill and knowledge to chair meetings and liaise with clients, consultants and contractors. There would be the option of working part-time from home and own transport would be a definite advantage.

Architectural Technologist

We are currently looking to take on an experienced architectural technologist to work on a number of projects ranging from small-scale residential through to larger commercial schemes. Autocad literacy, a solid understanding of current planning policy and Building Regulations is essential. The role will involve site visits to undertake surveys and it would therefore be beneficial for the applicant to have their own transportation.
