Architectural Design For Epsom

Located in the College Road area of Epsom, the main office of Alex Coleman Associates is ideally located to provide a broad range of architectural services within Epsom and Ewell.

Over more than ten years we have built up an excellent knowledge of local development policy and established effective working relationships with staff in the Planning and Building Control departments at Epsom and Ewell Borough Council.  We are able to attend pre-application advice meetings with or on behalf of our clients at the Town Hall in The Parade and we are also Partnered with Epsom and Ewell under the Local Authority Building Control (LABC) scheme meaning that all our Building Regulations applications, wherever the application site may be in the country, are handled by Epsom and Ewell Building Control.  This provides a number of key benefits and ensures a more personal and streamlined service.

Our portfolio of built and unrealised projects in Epsom is extensive with much of our work being carried out in the borough's numerous Conservation Areas.  House extensions have been completed in Higher Green, Pine HillBaron's Hurst and Sunnybank on the Woodcote Estate, Burgh Heath Road, Christ Church Mount, Manor Green RoadWest Hill and Church Road.  We have also secured planning permission for further, as yet unbuilt schemes in Lady Forsdyke Way on the Clarendon Park Estate, Well WayDowns Road, Taylor Close, Dove Tree Close, Denham Road, Pikes Hill, Taylor CloseCopse Edge AvenueDigdens RiseCollege Road, Worple Road and Mospey Crescent to list but a few.  We have worked with local businesses and developers and recently prepared a feasibility study and masterplan for the development of a one-acre Greenfield site formerly used by West Park Hospital Social Club on the outskirts of Epsom.
