Architectural Design For Leatherhead

Alex Coleman Associates undertake all aspects of architectural design, space planning and feasibility studies, project management, measured surveys and visualisation artwork for commercial companies, charitable organisations and private clients within the Leatherhead area. 

Our portfolio includes a wide range of built and unbuilt projects ranging from minor domestic works such as loft conversions and extensions through to listed building and conservation workoffice and retail fit-outs and residential and commercial new builds to £10m. 

In late 2014 we submitted plans for Prior Approval for the conversion of Claire House and James House in Bridge Street, Leatherhead from Office (B1a) to Residential flats (C3) under the provisions of Class J of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development)(Amendment) Order 2013.

 

Prior Approval was granted in March 2015 and we are currently developing working drawings and detailed design to take the project forward.

Whatever scale of project, we will liaise with Mole Valley District Council on our clients’ behalf and advise on such matters as the recent changes to Permitted Development Rights as well as all the mandatory statutory approvals.
