In July 2007, Alex Coleman Associates obtained planning permission for the £3m re-development of 22 Deer Park Road on the Lombard Trading Estate in Wimbledon. The scheme involved the the demolition of the existing single-storey warehouse to make way for a new 3-storey (B8) warehouse and (B1) office block, increasing the total floor space to approximately 4000 sq.m.
