Our practice possesses the skills and expertise to undertake industrial design for both new builds as well as refurbishments and conversions in a range of materials from steel structured portal frame sheds and warehouses through to older brick built constructions.

Alex Coleman Associates is able to advise on the suitability of a particular building for it's proposed purpose as well as submitting for Change of Use Planning Applications where required. The practice is also able to advise on such matters as the drafting and negotiation of Section 106 Agreements, implementing the Local Authority's Unitary Development Plan, sustainability issues and BREEAM assessments, as well as the most appropriate and effective procurement route for your business and project.
