Alex Coleman Associates has been awarded the contract for the construction of a house in the grounds of a Grade II-listed building in West Hill, Wandsworth, which currently houses the one of the few remaining NHS dental surgeries in the Borough. The brief also involves the minor re-working of the surgery to allow for expansion and the demolition of a modern extension to improve circulation and access to and from the site.

Merton Council grants planning permission for the re-development of 22 Deer Park Road, Lombard Trading Estate, Wimbledon, subject to Section 106 Agreement and conditions. The scheme will involve the demolition of the existing single-storey warehouse to make way for a new 3-storey (B8) warehouse and (B1) office block, increasing the total floor space to approximately 4000 sq.m.
