This major
re-working of a detached 1930s house in Lansdowne Road, West
Ewell, involved the construction of a two-storey rear extension,
a complete new pitched roof with gable ends front to rear,
refurbishment throughout and alterations to the front facade.
The time-frame was particularly tight. Commissioned in early
2006, the scheme was granted Planning Permission in June
2006 and Building Notice was given prior to work commencing
on site in August. The project was completed in February
2007 after an accelerated construction phase. |
