We are often asked provide costs for particular services. Whilst the costs for most jobs will vary beyond the scope for standardised pricing, we have detailed below a guide cost structure for some of the more routine services we offer. Please remember that these prices are guidelines only with most calculated to suit exact customer requirements.

Loft Conversion Prices - (small, eg. 3-bed semi, etc., approx):

• Planning Application : £1000 - £1500
• Building Regulations : £1000 - £1500

Loft Conversion Prices - (large, eg. 5-bed semi, etc., approx):

• Planning Application : from £1500
• Building Regulations : from £1500

House Extension Prices - (small, eg. 3-bed semi, etc., approx):

• Planning Application : £1000 - £1500
• Building Regulations : £1000 - £1500

House Extension Prices - (large, eg. 5-bed semi, etc., approx):

• Planning Application : from £1500
• Building Regulations : from £1500

Listing Building Planning:

• Planning Application : from £1500

Hourly Architectural Services:

• Measured building surveys : £200/day
• Feasibility Studies : £200/day
• Artwork and visualisation : £200/day
• Project management: £200/day dependant upon appointment (no. of site visits, etc.)

Please note that where applicable, our fees allow for any initial building survey and the submission and monitoring of statutory applications to the Local Authority in our capacity as agents.
