Projects - Surveys - Claire House Leatherhead

The practice was commissioned to survey this 1300 sq.m office block in Leatherhead, Surrey, for the preparation of new leases for each of it's tenants. Additionally, further work was carried out to identify key areas in need of improvement and general refurbishment. This included the production of complete window and door schedules to comply with current Building Regulation standards concerning energy conservation in buildings, means of escape in the event of fire and disabled access.
