Alex Coleman Associates undertake all aspects of architectural design, space planning and feasibility studies, project management, measured surveys and visualisation artwork for commercial companies, charitable organisations and private clients within the Wandsworth area.
Our portfolio includes a wide range of built and unbuilt projects ranging from minor domestic works such as loft conversions and extensions through to listed building and conservation work, office and retail fit-outs and residential and commercial new builds to £10m.
In 2007, Alex Coleman Associates submitted plans for a house in the grounds of a Grade II-listed building on West Hill. At the time, the listed building housed one of the few remaining NHS dental surgeries in the Borough and the brief was extended to include the minor re-working of the surgery to allow for expansion and the demolition of a modern extension to improve circulation and access to and from the site.
We will liaise with Wandsworth Council on our clients’ behalf and advise on such matters as the recent changes to Permitted Development Rights as well as all the mandatory statutory approvals.
