Residential new build - four flats, Park Avenue, Mitcham
Work is now underway on the construction of four new-build residential flats at 112 Park Avenue in Mitcham, South West London, following a Grant of Planning Permission on 4th November 2020.
This is the latest in a long run of developments by Alex Coleman Associates within the London Borough of Merton, the plot being situated on the opposite corner to a very similar development by the practice completed almost a decade ago in 2012.
